Great local TexMex food. Awesome deserts and margaritas. I was surprised they didnt use white or yellow onions on the vegetable fajita plate. Excellent service. Chips were THIN, sauce was really good. Tortillas were tasty and thick. Music was good and not overbearing. Huge dessert.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant! We found it by accident but it sure was a happy one. I can't wait to eat here again. The food is fresh, the servers were attentive, and atmosphere is relaxed and interesting.

This restaurant has always been a top favorite of my Dad and I. Mike, the manager is extremely kind and has always taken care of my dad and I. Ivan is absolutely awesome, and a great server. Visiting Pablo’s always makes our day. A entirely consistent and reliable restaurant that I highly recommend. Everything on the menu is A1, delicious. I highly recommend visiting.

This was our first time at Pablo’s and it was fabulous! We went on a Sunday after church. We got the mixed fajitas and one beef & one chicken enchilada. The service was great!!!

My first time eating here and we had a group of 10. Our server was amazing - read back all of our orders to us and all our food came out together and hot. The stand out to me was the Orlando Dip. So good! The Texas chili enchilada was also fun to try. The crunchy taco had a really healthy portion of ground beef in it, too - they don’t skimp out like some other places do. Highly recommend this place!

Food was amazing and the staff was even better! Thomas was the absolute best, ensuing our drinks were full at all times and our needs were met. As well as meeting the GM. Highly recommend this location for family or date night.

Pablo’s is a good place to meet up with friends. The atmosphere is pleasant, service is always on point and the menu is large enough to satisfy any Tex Mex craving. I ordered off the lunch menu and enjoyed a tasty tortilla soup and salad with flavorful chicken. Rice & beans were a bonus. Plenty of free parking. Very friendly hostess always there to greet you when you arrive.
